Responsibilities:
Dealing directly with new and existing clients to promote the company’s financial services and build and maintain relationships.
Assist clients with queries regarding trading, deposits and withdrawals and help clients to use new or specific features.
Reactivate old clients.
Educate clients on how to trade financial instruments and how to use the company’s trading platforms.
NO cold calling.
Qualifications:
You are passionate about investments and/or the world of crypto;
Unparalleled communication skills, high personal culture and ability to build lasting relationships;
You like challenges and achieving goals drives you to act;
Your self-reliance, systematic approach and dynamism are well-known and appreciated among your friends and beyond;
You are eager to learn and develop;
Your verbal and written English is at fluent to native level. If you speak any other language it will be considered as an advantage;
If you have experience in telephone sales will also be considered as an advantage;
