Following the release of German unemployment data for July at 3.55 am ET Tuesday, the euro changed little against its major counterparts.
The euro was trading at 1.1718 against the greenback, 130.49 against the yen, 0.8918 against the pound and 1.1581 against the franc around 3:56 am ET.
