EURUSD has made a new higher high close to the important resistance trend line at 1.2120. The RSI did not make new high but a lower high. Price is getting rejected at the resistance of 1.2120 and if we see price break out of the bullish channel, combined with the bearish divergence, then we will have a reversal signal.

Purple lines - bearish divergence

Green lines - bullish channel

Red line - resistance

EURUSD has support at 1.2080 - 1.2060. Breaking below this level will give us a bearish signal. So far we only have a warning by the RSI. Upside momentum is weakening. Price is expected soon to form an important top and reverse to the downside. So far price is making higher highs and higher lows, trend remains bullish. This will change if price breaks below 1.2055.
