The New Zealand dollar rose versus its other rival currencies in Monday's Asian deals.
Versus the U.S. dollar and the yen, the kiwi advanced to 0.7178, 78.81, from 0.7144 and 78.24, respectively.
The New Zealand dollar jumped against the euro to 1.6557 and against the Australian dollar to 1.1087 from early lows of 1.6619 and 1.1120, respectively.
If the kiwi extends its uptrend, it may find resistance around 0.74 against the greenback, 81.00 against the yen, 1.60 against the euro and 1.10 against the aussie.
