You will find it useful with us:

We welcome an overview of trading on financial markets, but it is not a condition, experience of working in the online environment of financial markets and in financial companies, work with CRM (not a condition, but an advantage), experience in administration, advanced knowledge of the English language (other languages are an advantage ), interest in investment products.

Working hours 9:00 - 17:30

Your job will be:

Managing the agenda and taking care of the company’s existing clients

Informing clients about the state of their portfolio + monitoring current market developments

Client-targeted marketing campaigns

Participation in business negotiations

Keeping detailed and accurate records and updating all communications with clients

Assistance to new and existing customers

Assist clients with trading queries

Assist clients with deposits/withdrawals

Dealing directly with clients to promote company products and services via phone and email to build and maintain customer relationships

Obtaining and assessing all relevant information to properly handle inquiries

Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features

Assist in the onboarding and conversion of potential customers to active clients

Reactivation of previous clients
