Markit Economics is expected to release its flash composite PMI for Eurozone at 4 am ET Monday. Economists estimate the composite PMI to come in at 53.4 in June, slightly lower than the 53.5 in May. The manufacturing PMI is estimated to decrease marginally to 52.1 in June from 52.2 in May, while the service sector PMI is forecast at 53.3, higher than the 53.2 in May.
Ahead of the data, the euro slipped further against the other major currencies.
The euro was worth 1.3598 against the greenback, 1.2173 against the franc, 138.51 against the yen and 0.7982 against the pound as of 3:55 am ET.
