An equally important task for the bulls will be to break and consolidate above the resistance of 1.2854, which will increase the demand for the pound and lead to the renewal of the highs of 1.2891 and 1.2930, where I recommend taking profits. However, the upside potential of the pound is limited by moving averages, indicating the formation of a bear market.

Today it is best to sell the pound after a false breakout has formed in the resistance area of 1.2854, slightly higher than which the moving averages go. However, larger bears will probably prefer to act on the resistance of 1.2891, where the upper boundary of the new descending channel will form.
